2024 Curriculum Change and Compliance Rules
13 September 2024 | 10:30

Dear Students,

Based on discussions with our stakeholders for the 2023-2024 academic year, we have updated our curriculum. You can access the new curriculum through the links provided below.

100% English Curriculum

30% English Curriculum

The compliance provisions prepared for the new curriculum are as follows:

  1. Students enrolling in courses for the first time from the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years in the Fall semester of 2024-25 are subject to the new course plan.
  2. In the Fall semester of 2024-25, students who have previously taken courses from the 3rd year and failed at least one of the courses EEE351 (Electromagnetic Waves), EEE321 (Signals and Systems), or EEE331 (Foundations of Energy Systems) will also be responsible for EEE303 (Programming with Python for Engineers) in addition to the courses they failed.
  3. All students must complete a minimum of 240 credits to graduate. If the 240-credit requirement is not met due to course adjustments during the program change, students must take additional elective courses to fulfill this requirement.

We would like to remind you that the compliance provisions outlined above will be strictly monitored during course selection. Additionally, students who wish to enroll in the Design Course must be eligible to graduate in the Spring semester of 2024-2025. Registration checks will be carried out accordingly.

We wish everyone a successful semester.

Best regards,

Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering
