Undergraduate students who are in graduation status must fill out the graduation survey before the approval of the department chair in order to be approved, the relevant graduation survey and the procedure are in the link below,

After completing the relevant procedures and completing the graduation survey, students should reach the Deputy Head of Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Uğurhan Kutbay by e-mail (ukutbay@gazi.edu.tr) for the approval of the department.

Graduate students, who are in graduation status, do not need to fill in any form during their graduation approval.
